Main session: Short introduction by mentors, followed by discussion with them.
This session is designed to provide practical career development support specifically for doctoral students and early-career professionals in neuroscience. The session focuses on the following goals:
 1. Helping attendees build mentor-mentee connections with quick mentor introductions, engaging panel discussions, and a relaxed Meet-the-Mentors social session.
 2. Offering job application guidance, tenure-track and promotion strategies, and career development advice.
 3. Providing essential tips for writing successful grant proposals.
 4. Providing insights into starting and managing a company.
This session aims to provide attendees with the tools and knowledge needed for professional growth and success in academia and industry.
